Wikipedia says, "People that are born ambidextrous are extremely rare." I wonder if that applies to cats. Paul is quite good at using both his paws to control the ball on his toy. And, he'll play with his toy if you ask him to. If that's not enough, he also has an award-winning personality.
He's two years old and available for adoption at our Cat House adoption center. (toy included)
