The Optimum Body Composition Challenge is a comprehensive 8 week fitness and body fat-loss challenge that provides the tools and inspiration to get in shape, build functional strength, shed fat pounds and find the real, healthier you inside.

The Optimum Body Composition Challenge is exclusive to Placer County’s most spectacular training facility, Optimum Edge Fitness, located at 9050 Fairway Drive, #115, in Roseville, California. The Optimum Body Composition Challenge not only supervised by our top nationally certified fitness trainers, it also features research grade client body composition analysis with the Biospace Inbody 720 Body Composition Analyzer, Acceleration Training™ on Power Plate® Pro 5, which offers benefits including but not limited to increased muscle strength and flexibility, decreased cellulite, reduced pain and soreness, and faster recovery, and the use of our bioDensity™ Strength Training Technology, Yoke Training System, TRX Suspension Training, and Air-Fit Pro training for building incredible functional strength!

At the end of the 8 weeks, prizes will be awarded to the top three participants by gender. The Grand Prize winners will be the top male and female. Winners are determined by the total percentage INCREASE in lean body mass and DECREASES in body fat mass and body fat percentage.
