Foreign Students Sent to The Stands by proposed CIF Rule Change
(April 15, 2010) The California Interscholastic Federation’s (CIF) proposed change to Bylaw 209 effectively eliminates foreign students’ ability to participate in sports at the varsity level in any sports the student participated in during the twelve months preceding enrollment.
